Family visits only please

Hi,
It's Anna.
We know that you are still praying. As are we.

We now have a request that I sort of don't want to make, but am now ready to make. Please wait to come and visit us. Thankfully, we are going to be surrounded by family and even though we love many of you as family, we just ask for some time and space right now.
Thank you so much.

love, anna

None of us lives to himself & none of us dies to himself. If we live we live to the Lord; if we die we die to the Lord. So then, whether we live or we die we are the Lord's. For to this end Christ died and lived again, that he might be the Lord of both the dead & the living. (Rom. 14:7-9)

We know that God works good out of all things, for those called unto Hid purpose. (Rom. 8:28)

Heavenly Father we thank U for the truth that nothing in death or life will seperate us from Ur love in Christ Jesus and that whether we live or die we belong to U. By Ur gracious Spirit stengthen the family of Kurt Blake in this confidence, and guide them as they face difficult decisions concerning his medical care so that their actions may be in agreement with Ur holy will. Do not forsake them, but uphold them in Ur love & peace, thru Jesus Christ Ur Son, our Lord, who lives and reigns with U & the Father, one God, now and forever.

We are praying for you in Grafton, North Dakota.
Your son's life is hidden in Christ, who is alive eternally. May He give you grace and strength to face each minute one at a time.

Matthew 15:26-28
26He replied, "It is not right to take the children's bread and toss it to their dogs."

27"Yes, Lord," she said, "but even the dogs eat the crumbs that fall from their masters' table."

28Then Jesus answered, "Woman, you have great faith! Your request is granted." And her daughter was healed from that very hour.
We still believe in the healing powers of the almighty God! In Jesus' name we are praying for you. We pray for signs and wonders and for the peace and restoration of your family. We love you all! May all of our prayers for Kurt and your family be heard. We praying at RFL tonight and just praised God for your family and the amazing grace you have shown the world throughout this entire ordeal. The Blake family is a light on a hill and it is never hidden. It is not hidden from man nor is it hidden from God! We lay your burdens in our prayers at the feet of God by the One who sits at His right hand. We love you.

The love of God is greater far
Than tongue or pen can ever tell;
It goes beyond the highest star,
And reaches to the lowest hell;
The guilty pair, bowed down with care,
God gave His Son to win;
His erring child He reconciled,
And pardoned from his sin.
Oh, love of God, how rich and pure!
How measureless and strong!
It shall forevermore endure—
The saints’ and angels’ song.

Jerry, Anna, Daniel, Kaisa and Kurt,
As I sat here wondering what to write I was overcome by the words of this old Hymn. The Love of God!
Words cannot express to you all the love that I and my family have for you. There are so many prayers, that are being lifted up to the feet of our Precious Jesus every day for Kurt. I wish I had the 'right' words to say, but since I do not, I will just let you know again that you are all being prayed for. Though there are miles that separate us, you are held so closely and tightly in our hearts.
At this very moment Father I ask you to wrap your perfect arms of strength and grace around the Blake family, that you will, Father, embrace them, and that they too, by Your strength would embrace you. Jesus I lay them at your feet and I am asking and begging for a miracle. Nothing is impossible with you Lord, and we cling to that now. As lives are changed, hearts are burdened, and eyes are clouded by tears, O Father, fill every ounce of their beings with ALL that You are. God you are the HEALER, so Lord do your work, and heal. And may we all be rejoicing, with the great work that you have done. Father I love you and I lift up Kurt and his family to your almighty hands and may they rest there in perfect peace with you. In Your Perfect and Holy name, AMEN.

I love you and I am praying for a miracle.

Philippians 4:13
"In him who is the source of my strength I have strength for everything."

Psalm 28 6-8
"Blessed be the Lord, for he has heard the sound of my pleading; the Lord is my strength and my shield. In Him my heart trusts, and I find help; then my heart exults, and with my song I give Him thanks. The Lord is the strength of his people, the saving refuge of His annointed."

Kurt is strong and anything is possible thru our Lord Jesus Christ. Praying for His continued strength in you all. Love You!

By the power of God, Kurt will get through this. I was at the winter retreat where we prayed for him. I have been praying. Just thought I'd let you know that I am thinking about you. God is going to do something miraculous. I have a feeling that he will put his hands over Kurt and heal him. We are all praying for you.

Isaiah 41:10 (New King James Version):
"Fear not, for I am with you;
Be not dismayed, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you,
Yes, I will help you,
I will uphold you with My righteous right hand."

2 Corinthians 12:9-10
"But he said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ's power may rest on me. 10That is why, for Christ's sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong."

John 14:1-3
"Do not let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God; trust also in me. In my Father's house are many rooms; if it were not so, I would have told you. I am going there to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am."

Revelation 21:4
"He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away."

Through God anything is possible. Here's to praying that we can witness one of the miracles He can bless us with.

Tears and prayers all night long and now this morning as we wait. I asked God to give me words of comfort today from Jesus - I opened the Bible and the first words of Jesus that I saw were:
"Jesus responded, "Didn't I tell you that you would see God's glory if you believe?" So they rolled the stone aside. Then Jesus looked up to heaven and said, "Father thank you for hearing me. You always hear me, but I said it out loud for the sake of all these people standing here, so that they will believe you sent me." Then Jesus shouted, "Lazarus, come out!" And the dead man came out... John 11:40-43.
May Jesus shout, "Kurt, come out"
This is my prayer and may my faith be strong enough to believe.

Jerry, Anna and Family,

We want you to know that the Palkie family and our Church Family here in Garrison, Minnesota have been praying for Kurt and your family. Our God is an awesome God!
"But now, this is what the Lord says-
He who created you, O Jacob, He who formed you, O Israel: Fear not for I have redeemed you: I have summonded you by name; you are mine. When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze. For I am the Lord your God the Holy one of Israel; your Savior..." Isaiah 43:1-3a
"Trust in the Lord with all your heart". May God bless you!

Dear Blake Family, We are so sorry to hear about your loss. Please know that your family will always be in our thoughts and in our prayers through this difficult time.

I'm so sorry for your loss, but I know your faith in the Lord will get you through this most difficult of times. I can't quote scripture, but I can say that God works in mysterious ways. I hope someday you will find peace in His wisdom.

One positive that could come out of Kurt's passing would be if you donated his healthy and young organs to patients on waiting lists, so that they could carry on with their lives, or see, or breathe easily for the first time in many years.

I hope you will consider this at this most difficult time.
